Amber teething Necklaces are a Natural pain free teething remedy. These are not to be chewed. Your baby or infant will still need to chew on rusks, or other forms of teethers to satisfy  the need to massage the gums.
As with all remedies, they will work on some babies and may not on others. The general consensus
from parents is,  that wearing the necklace improves excess drooling, helps with irritability and calms the restlessness associated with teething. The amber will help with constant relief when worn (under adult supervision) against a babies skin. However there may be times where you feel as if you may want to use other forms of teething relief.  This is perfectly fine, and the necklace will not interfere with any other forms of pain relief.
